Build a career
as layered as our biryani
A perfect biryani is layered, complex, and made with a wide variety of ingredients, each with a specific purpose essential to the dish – and the Charcoal Eats team functions the same way. Everyone has a seat at the table, and no role is too small (yes, even the elaichi is essential to a biryani bowl!). Add your spice to this unique mix, and watch it blend in beautifully.

A homemaker with many family responsibilities, Sarita had big dreams which were encumbered with household challenges. She knew she wanted to work, but she also knew that the only place she’d work at would be one which offered her a safe environment, respect, and a place where she could learn and grow with dignity.
She joined Charcoal Eats as a Team Member, but her discipline and determination soon earned her trust within the team. She steadily grew to Shift Manager, and proved herself as a valued employee.
Today, Sarita is the Outlet Manager of the Goregaon store, which is one of Charcoal Eats’ top-performing stores.
He came to Mumbai looking for work to support his family, stayed alone, sold dictionaries on the streets, did long night shifts – his mother and younger sister depended on him, no job was too small. Today, he’s the City Head at the Charcoal Eats’ Noida store.
Prabhudeen’s journey started small, he worked hard and with quiet dedication. Trained intensely with the in-house team and was soon entrusted to lead the Andheri store. Under his guidance, the business grew from 17 lakhs to 28 lakhs! His hard work was noticed.
He was promoted to Cluster Head in Pune – a critical role as the company was expanding in Pune. He worked closely with the expansion team and personally finalised 18 new locations for Charcoal Eats. He often says with pride, “Charcoal Eats gave me more than a job. It gave me dignity, respect, and a chance to stand tall again.

Life is filled with unexpected turns, and Ganesh’s life too was one such example. Despite a hospitality certification, he was working as a rickshaw driver to support himself. But, he never gave up hope.
He applied online for a role at Charcoal Eats – and got it. From there, his dedication and training paid off, and he kept advancing in his career here. He is now a Training Manager!
Ganesh is proof that the right employer and employee combination can create wonders.
