At Charcoal Eats, we’re building a data-led, full-stack food-tech company designed to capture and scale this massive opportunity. Our mission is to build a global biryani brand that combines quality, consistency, and technology to deliver superior unit economics and customer loyalty at scale.

Today, Charcoal Eats has 100+ cloud kitchens in India; we’re delivering in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Delhi-NCR and Pune. In the next year, we aim to be present in more than 20 cities across India, with over 500 kitchens.
We’ve also unlocked a milestone achievement: a presence across three continents. Charcoal Eats has an outlet in New York, and soon we are opening our restaurant in Australia.
