Charcoal Eats was born from a dream – a dream of making Indian food as accessible as fast food across the world, and as consistently delicious. Food that tastes like comfort, food that you can order without a second thought, food that makes you happy. Started by Anurag Mehrotra and Krishnakant Thakur, Charcoal Eats was formed with the vision to deliver delicious, fragrant biryani globally, to bring a smile to the face of whoever was eating it.
Across the globe, biryani is searched online more frequently than pasta, pizza, or sushi in the last 12 months alone, with someone somewhere in the world ordering a biryani every second. Charcoal Eats wanted to be the ones delivering these smiles!
